Orders are generally processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Options

We offer multiple shipping options depending on your delivery address:

Shipping Fees

Québec & Ontario:

Flat rate of $9: For orders of 1 bag (222 g)

Flat rate of $7: For orders of 2 bags (222 g)

Flat rate of $5: For orders of 3 bags (222 g)

Free shipping: For orders of 4+ bags (222 g) or 1 bag (1.5 kg)

Free shipping: For all 1.5 kg bags

Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 business days.

Rest of Canada:

Shipping fees are calculated based on the items purchased and the delivery destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Standard Shipping: Automatically calculated at checkout

Free shipping: For orders of $90 or more

Estimated delivery time: 1 to 7 business days.

Returns

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return an item. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot process any returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions: Perishable products such as coffee, cascara, and other food products cannot be returned or refunded. Additionally, gift cards and downloadable software are excluded from our return policy.

Return and Refund

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Items must be sent to the following address:
