  • What are the shipping rates for orders under 60 lbs? As we use different delivery companies to ship orders, different rates will be offered to you once you have reached the shipping step in your order.

  • Can we pick up our order in store? In-store pick-up is not available for now, but we are planning on offering it soon.

  • How are the green coffee beans packaged? The beans are packaged in plastic bags, to maximize freshness, then inserted into a burlap bag.

  • Do you accept returns? Unfortunately, returns are not accepted. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us.

  • Is the presence of small rocks in my coffee possible? Yes, green coffee can contain small rocks, so it's important to remove them after roasting to avoid damage to coffee grinders.
