Toper coffee roaster with a capacity of 5 kg per batch. Built in 2004, it has been partly refurbished by our team to give it a second life.
The unit has been fully cleaned and several parts have been added or replaced, such as the drum and motor bearings, the gas line, the temperature probes, the air pressure gauge and the USB interface enabling the roasting curves to be viewed with the help of Cropster or Artisan. This roaster is also certified for use in Canada.
